Beware of emotions that arise from the world of the dark sub-conscious. When we fear choices we are experiencing our boundaries and limitation. When we find ourselves exercising our personal will over others, we are becoming the slave of desires or a controlling obsession. These are the inhibitions and blocks that limit growth. The Ego ~ which is the differentiating between one individual and another; is the enemy of unity. Hubris, the belief that ones own will is superior to others comes from taking life too serious ~ and indicates the instinct which relates everything to ourselves as if we were the center around which everything must gravitate. The cure is to find humor at what bedevils us. Celebrating life, laughter, play and dance upon the earth. Being able to laugh at yourself and your own self importance takes those dark emotions and turns them to sunlight. Out of overcoming apparent evil, much good can come ~ which provides the key to solutions for difficult or negative problems in life. So remember, if it isn’t close to laughter it isn’t close to the Divine.
